First of all, I liked that the director explained things actively during the consultation. Even when I thought I wanted rhinoplasty, I hesitated whenever I saw columella scars, but this place had many reviews for closed rhinoplasty, so I went for a consultation. I was surprised that costal cartilage or septal extension could also be done with a closed approach. But at first, I wondered if it would really be safe, so I kept asking the director questions, and each time, the director explained the surgical method itself in a way I could understand, using virtual plastic surgery simulations. My nose had wide nostril wings, and from the front it looked slightly upturned, so it was a bit difficult for a first surgery, but they lowered the starting point of the nose and raised the bridge and tip while matching their proportions, so my midface looked shorter and the upturned look definitely disappeared, which I was happy about. Also, with closed rhinoplasty, having no columella scar is an advantage, but I also really liked that recovery was genuinely fast. I only took 3 days of annual leave, rested 5 days including the weekend, and went back to work safely. At first, everyone suspected I had gotten nose filler because the downtime was so short haha When I said I had rhinoplasty, everyone was surprised. That is how fast the recovery is.
