Like in the consultation review above, the director spoke informally to me... With one leg casually propped up, it felt like a chairman talking to a low-level employee. He spoke in a way that was way too relaxed. The friendly, cheerful atmosphere concept was nice, but the over-the-line remarks made me frown. The confidence level of over 200 percent was fine, but when the consultation was delivered with a tone of "whether you have surgery or not, we don't care," it felt like as if he was saying the clinic wouldn't miss someone like me not having surgery, so even though I had made up my mind to proceed, the director's arrogant attitude made me hesitate... I came here because they said they focus on safety rather than large-volume work and on minimizing scars, but I ended up wondering whether it was really worth paying this much for the estimate... The staff were generally kind, and the discount amount was far too low compared to other places Even though this was my first surgery, the total estimate felt like it was heading toward what another hospital would quote for full-body liposuction.
