I got it done earlier this year. The doctor gave a very long consultation and measured the fat thickness with ultrasound, so I felt reassured. However, the counselor was a bit unfriendly, and I never saw them even on the day of surgery or during follow-up care.. There was also confusion because the operating room nurses had differing opinions about wearing the compression garment. If you consider the low price, it is decent.
