Day 12 After 3-Part Facial Contouring, Accu Liposuction, and Forehead Fat Grafting. I Think Something Went Wrong. How Does It Look?

I had 3-part facial contouring, Accu liposuction, and forehead fat grafting, but if you look at my forehead, the area above my left eyebrow is a bit dented, my cheekbones still protrude, the hollowing of my cheeks seems severe, and the jowls also seem severe.. Also, yesterday evening my left ear, jaw, and even my head hurt, so I took Tylenol.. At week 1, I met the doctor and mentioned the cheek hollowing, and they said my cheekbones and jaw had been reduced but it was because of swelling. I forgot to ask about the forehead, so I told the nurse that I wanted to ask the doctor just one more thing, and she told me to ask her instead. I said only the area above my left eyebrow seemed a bit sunken, so it makes me look angry, and she said you can only know after all the swelling goes down..? I do think the jowls are because of swelling, but is all of this really just because of swelling? Do I need revision surgery.. How does it look to everyone here? Also, if anyone here had all three contouring procedures plus Accu like me, I’d be grateful if you could tell me around when the swelling went down enough for daily life
