The consultation was very kind, but maybe because it was during the height of COVID, they didn't take off their masks and consult while looking at my whole face. Since I have a lot of eyelid fat, they recommended partial incision with fat removal, and they also recommended epicanthoplasty. I don't think it's excessive.
