I only had natural-adhesion double eyelid surgery with fat removal, and didn’t have any canthoplasty. The line was set as an in-out line! I didn’t want a line so thin that it wouldn’t show, so when we rechecked the line on the day of surgery, I thought about it and decided to go with 9 mm. I think it was a really good choice. It’s not too much, but my eyes look more defined. I had the surgery one day before the Chuseok holiday, and it’s now been 3 months. As the swelling went down, the line became quite a bit thinner too, and it feels like it’s getting more and more natural.
