I decided to have surgery because the space between my eyebrows was wide and my small eyes made me look stuffy. I visited around 6 clinics, but the reason I ultimately chose View Plastic Surgery was that there was no overtreatment, and I trusted them because the director pointed out only the parts that were necessary. Also, the consultant who spoke with me gave realistic advice, so I trusted them even more. I’m the type who swells easily, and at consultations at other hospitals I was also told that I would probably have a lot of swelling, so I was really worried about bruising and swelling after surgery. But it didn’t hurt, and I was surprised because I had much less bruising and swelling than I expected... For office workers who are hesitating because of bruising and swelling, I want to say that if you take about 3-4 days off and go to work wearing glasses, most people won’t notice, so you don’t need to worry. The major swelling went down in a week, and the minor swelling is still going down. The swelling is going down at different speeds in each eye, so the amount of pupil exposure in my left eye is different from the right, but I think it’ll be fine with time. I’m currently 2 weeks post-op, and my family says it looks like my eyes that had been buried were pulled out haha Since I didn’t open up my eyes excessively or set the double eyelid height too high, the change in my image isn’t huge, but I’m satisfied with the clearer impression compared to before!!
