Nose Surgery Reviews

Why Did I Worry So Much About Revision Rhinoplasty?

To be honest, I had a lot of concerns before deciding on revision rhinoplasty. As time passed after my first surgery, I became less and less satisfied with my nasal tip, and the artificial look, especially from the side or when I smiled, kept bothering me. Since it was a revision surgery, I thought choosing the clinic was the most important part, and after consultations at several places, I chose Lowell Plastic Surgery. Director Kim Jae-yoon explained the condition of my nose without exaggeration and realistically pointed out the important aspects of revision surgery, so I trusted him!

I had hump nose correction + osteotomy, and for the nasal tip, donated costal cartilage was used with quadruple fixation. I also liked that even with hump correction and osteotomy, the price was exactly the same as on the app, with no extra charge! The clinic also provided consistent aftercare, so my recovery was on the faster side. Now, 6 months after surgery, my nose blends very naturally with my face. Before, it felt like only my nose stood out separately, but now my overall impression has become much softer. It does not look overwhelming from either the front or side, and even when I smile, the nasal tip stays stable, so I am very satisfied.

The recovery process was easier than I expected too. In the beginning, there was swelling and stiffness, but after about a month, most of the major swelling had gone down, and it became more and more natural over time.

People around me often say they did not know I had surgery, that my impression looks better, that my face looks much more refined, and that it looks natural.

If you are considering revision rhinoplasty, I think it would be really helpful to visit and get a consultation!
