They do seem professional, but somehow the explanation is lacking. They explain the overall big picture, but for individual characteristics and detailed things, they only answer if you ask first. I think it would be good if they explained things like the surgical method first. They seem to pursue the most natural possible result and recommend only the minimum amount of surgery. I only did my eyes, so I don't really know about other areas, but they seem to work in a way that preserves the original appearance as much as possible. I showed them photos of my desired look and asked them to make it like that, and I feel like I listened for over 10 minutes about why that shape couldn't come out. They seem a bit conservative and safety-first? They said the double eyelid line also has to be made exactly according to the appearance of one's own orbicularis oculi muscle. But my friend also did it here, and the line on the left came out pretty, but on the right, the inner corner part is bent in an L shape;; Also, there is a bit of white scarring along the line. But unless you look really close, it doesn't show. It hasn't been long since my surgery, so it's a bit hard to say anything yet, but I've seen a few negative reviews, so for now I'm dissatisfied and anxious. So I went often for follow-up checks, and even though they are a bit blunt, it seems like they try to pay as much attention as possible and take responsibility.
