The consultation manager was very kind, but it felt like I had a longer consultation with the manager than with the director. I went in with some expectations, but the director's consultation was worse than I expected. They said contracture would occur, but I haven't heard that from other hospitals... I don't know what's right... But looking at other consultation reviews, it seems like they often talk about contracture?

I think it’s a typical factory-style clinic!!!! I also had a consultation for nose surgery, and compared with other places, they recommended a lot more, and the consultant was a bit pushy about making a reservation, so it was uncomfortable
