I got alar sculpting injections and Botox, and the director was kind, and their hands were really faaast, so the alar Botox wasn’t as painful as I expected (not that it didn’t hurt). Maybe just enough to make my eyes tear up a little? I got all three sessions of the alar sculpting injections, and it feels like my nose looks slimmer in a way only I would notice? It’s hard to expect a dramatic effect, but I’m more satisfied than I thought. I’m much more satisfied with the alar Botox than the alar sculpting injections. I was stressed because my nostrils would flare every time I smiled, but the Botox fixed them in place nicely, so now they don’t move much. I plan to get the procedure again when the Botox effect wears off.
