Review of Rhinitis Surgery + Cosmetic Nose Surgery

It has already been 6 months since my surgery, and now that almost all the swelling has gone down and my nose line has fully settled, these days I can really feel that I look different every time I look in the mirror. At first, the change didn’t seem that big, but as time passed, the delicate line gradually started to show, and the way it looks different depending on my facial expression has become much more natural.

It was a major surgery involving 4 mm silicone, ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and even donated costal cartilage, so honestly I had a lot of worries, but looking at it now, it has settled in a way that is not excessive and suits my face well, so I keep thinking, “Ah, I’m glad I did it.” People around me also often tell me things like “It looks natural,” “Your nose line has become really pretty,” and “It looks like your nose was originally shaped like that,” which has given me even more confidence, and taking photos has become much more comfortable than before.

Now that my nose line looks more refined, my jawline also looks cleaner, and my eyes seem to look more defined, so I feel like my whole face has gained a more balanced, refined look.

Looking back, I now feel that deciding right after the consultation was truly a good choice. My goal was not an overdone plastic surgery look, but “pretty without looking obvious,” and now, 6 months later, I feel like I’m getting closer and closer to that goal :)
