I went in thinking about under-eye fat repositioning or lower blepharoplasty, but they recommended dual lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting. The hospital facilities were decent, and the guidance process was well organized. The wait for an appointment took about a month, and there was a bit of waiting when I arrived. After the consultation with the consultant, I had a consultation with the director, who only told me the necessary points. Since I have skin laxity, they said dual lower blepharoplasty would be more suitable and also recommended fat grafting. When I said I was unsure about fat grafting because of possible side effects, they said I didn’t have to do it then. I’m worried, but I feel like doing fat grafting would make the result look more natural, so I’m still thinking about it.
