The double-chin muscle tying was totally good because I have a bit of a recessed-chin look. Deep cheek liposuction also had an effect once some swelling went down because I had so much cheek fat, but I have the kind of body where even if I gain just a little weight, it shows on my face first, so I think I've gained a bit again now..;; For reference, it's been about 4 months since surgery. But the scar turned out bigger than I expected, so that's a bit stressful.
