At first I was satisfied, but I quickly realized there were limits, so I started going around for consultations on facial contouring surgery. I heard that if you do liposuction together, swelling goes down more slowly, so I debated it when first having surgery, but even looking at Cookie short-form videos or Reels, people who did contouring and liposuction together looked dramatic, and I wanted a doll-like line, so I did them together. Right after surgery, I could see the cheekbone line had gone in, and because I was wearing the compression band, I could feel my face had become much smaller, so I felt proud. Until week 2, I was swollen so much that it felt really severe, but from week 3 onward I could eat well except for hard and tough foods. Having a lot of cheek fat was definitely a complex for me, but maybe because I did liposuction, even though I have been eating well lately and gaining weight, people say I look like I lost weight, which is fascinating I thought fifty thousand times that I was glad I did them together while I was already lying down. The liposuction was done just enough to create a natural line without any depressions, so I am satisfied. Even though only my face shape changed, my features look much clearer and prettier, and compared with my pre-op photos, the line looks beautifully refined, so I am satisfied
