Even if it's not the result I wanted, he kept insisting that it was his surgery. Before the surgery, he talked as if he could do everything I wanted, but when I actually went back to question him, he said I was wrong and he was right about everything. If I put it nicely, he's overconfident, and if I say it honestly, he's arrogant. Then he tells me to get revision surgery and hand over more money, as if he's doing me some big favor at a discount.
