Your confidence is remarkable. You do take questions after the explanation, but if it seems like a similar question has been asked more than twice, you send the person out, telling them to ask the consultant. You also don’t tolerate doubts or anxiety about the surgical results.. lol Your mindset seemed to be, “If you’re anxious, don’t get it done. I’ve said everything I need to say.” You actually said it like that, too. I was recommended under-eye fat repositioning and a muscle-pulling procedure, and I remember you saying that the muscle-pulling procedure is a specialized skill unique to this clinic. You seemed very confident, but I was a little worried about whether I would even be able to bring up any dissatisfaction if I ended up unhappy, so for now I’m putting it on hold.
