The director’s presence is no joke, seriously so intimidating… But they seemed very professional, said only what needed to be said clearly, and I could tell they were trying to accommodate me as much as possible lol, so it wasn’t to the point of being dissatisfied. I felt sorry to keep asking and questioning them, so I asked the consultant instead. Since it’s a single-doctor clinic, it seemed specialized, and the consultation was professional too. It felt like a forehead-specialized clinic + a director specializing in foreheads + a director who seemed full of passion for foreheads, so somehow I felt trust. I’m currently going around for consultations and writing about all of them, and The Fix seems pretty good too. The desk staff were also very kind, and the waiting environment was comfortable, so I was satisfied with the consultation itself.
