I had Ultherapy, and they had me lie down right away without any detailed consultation based on my face. These days, many places do 3D imaging and provide three-dimensional, customized consultations, but in my case, the doctor saw my face for the first time while I was already lying on the bed... On top of that, since I was lying down, my facial fat had shifted sideways with gravity, and they fired the laser in that state, so you can basically say they just went ahead and zapped me. Also, the consultation manager said Ultherapy would be fine even if I didn’t have much facial fat, but I ended up looking skeletal. There was a lifting effect, but they kept firing it even on the cheek area of someone with very little cheek fat, so I lost a lot of cheek volume and people looked at me with pity.
