I go to both the Gangnam branch and the Hongdae branch. (near my home, near my office) It is fine for simple skin care treatments. People say the wait is bad, but I have never had to wait, so I do not really know about that part. Maybe it is because I prepaid for a lot, so I get in without waiting. The staff are kind and nice. However, the doctor changes every time and I do not even know who it is, so I recommend not getting procedures that are highly dependent on the doctor. You cannot even see the doctor during consultation. You only consult with the manager.
