It’s been 18 years since I had breast surgery. I think I put in around 240 cc of cohesive gel, and it looks natural and I’m satisfied, except for being anxious that the implant might rupture. Do implants have to be removed someday? I went to a breast surgery clinic and asked, and they said the implants are still fine and told me not to remove them. They said it’s something you live with for life, and asked why I would take them out. I’m deliberating..
