3-week review after surgery for bulbous nose and hump nose

There were barely any reviews for With You Wonil (ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ), so I’m writing a surgery review.**** Photos were taken with the basic Galaxy camera!!- No makeup, filter, retouching, or contour shading X (bare face, so my skin looks messy)Front view - week 2, side view - week 3 Since I was young, I had wounds from being teased that I had a bulbous nose, that my nostrils didn’t show, and that my nose looked like a man’s.But I heard nose surgery was high-risk and had severe side effects,so I buried it in my heart and decided to live with the face I was born with, and then I became 33.Then I happened to learn about surgery without implants,and I researched online and went to consultations like crazy.(Consultations: ㅁㅎ, ㄱㅇㅅ, ㄱㅇ, ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ)ㅁㅎ: donor rib cartilage, bulbous nose, rhinitis surgery, pressure for reviews and same-day booking, nasal packing oㄱㅇㅅ: The doctor consulted in such an interrogating tone that I felt communication would be difficult. They told me to come 30 minutes early for the consultation, then made me wait 40 minutes. Nasal packing xㄱㅇ: I was too scared that they do the local anesthesia raw during surgery. Nasal packing xㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ: nasal packing x My criteria for choosing a hospital were1. safety 2. expertise (experience) 3. aesthetic sense 4. naturalness (harmony)During the consultation, they did not force rib cartilage,there was no pressure for surgery review discounts or events,and they clearly explained what could change with surgery and what the limits were, which made me trust them, so I canceled the hospital I had originally bookedand decided on With You Wonil.* Concerns before surgery1. Since the direction they pursue is natural, I worried my bulbous nose might not improve2. I worried it would improve but look obviously surgical3. Since they do not do rhinitis surgery, whether my deviated septum would improve4. In reviews, people say they wake up during surgery and talk, so whether it would hurt or be scary* Results1. Clear improvement of the definite flaws - no blunt feeling at all. I personally experienced that a bulbous nose can be improved naturally.2. The doctor asked, “Your friends won’t notice you had surgery, right?” but I hadn’t met any friends yet, so I couldn’t answer properly…. Today I met a friend, and she didn’t notice at all. She said I looked younger and prettier but didn’t know why... So I came out about my nose, and she said, [In her whole life, among all the noses she has seen, this was the first time she had seen a nose surgery done this naturally and well], so I felt genuinely thrilled.3. My septum was curved in an S shape, so it was hard to breathe because of rhinitis, but after the surgery, for the first time I felt that breathing was refreshing.4. No pain whatsoever. I think I woke up twice during surgery, but talk? No way.... I just woke up from dreaming alone and went “uuhhh,” then kept falling back asleep. lolSo I have absolutely no... memory...**The importance of going to multiple consultations**When I had a 3D CT scan and consultation at another hospital,[they said my septum was too small, so rib cartilage was absolutely necessary. They said they would use costal cartilage, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and ear dermis.]* But at Wonil, they didn’t take a CT, and said they would use septal cartilage, and if it was insufficient, they would use ear cartilage.************In the end…. they didn’t even use ear cartilage and used only septal cartilage…. I guess this is really why people tell you to go to several consultations.@@@@ Personal impressions- The doctor was good... When I asked questions, he answered clearly, so I felt at ease. Since he has a lot of experience, I trusted him and didn’t worry over small things... Everyone says the obsessive/anxious phase comes, but I wasn’t in much pain after surgery and didn’t get that phase.- After surgery, he told me not to pull down my philtrum, but I kept doing it without realizing, so he nagged me, saying [I told you not to make that expression right now!!], and for a moment he felt like my dad, so I developed this inner sense of closeness by myself.- I liked that the consultant manager responded with just the right clean kindness without making me feel pressured.- The nurse who removed my stitches and treated the area also answered my questions well and was professional.
