It’s already been 3 months since my revision rhinoplasty! Time really flies. After my first rhinoplasty without an implant failed at another clinic 3 years ago, I had so many worries, but now every time I look in the mirror, all I can think is that I should have done it here sooner. First of all, I had surgery with Director Dr. Kim Jae-yoon at a plastic surgery clinic, and I had the procedure done with donated costal cartilage. For my first rhinoplasty, I went to a large hospital, but my satisfaction was low, so when choosing a clinic this time, I wanted to find a place that would focus on and care for each patient individually. My criteria for choosing a clinic were a private clinic, a private-clinic system where the director personally focuses on and manages everything from beginning to end, and a place with a lot of experience in rhinoplasty, and the result was this clinic. Oh, and I also liked that the price was exactly the same as on the app with no additional costs. I had checked whether they were a place that proceeded honestly without extra charges beyond the price presented during the consultation. These days, now that it’s been 3 months, the thing I hear most often when I meet friends or acquaintances is, “Did you lose weight?” I didn’t specifically go on a diet, but I guess because my nose now stands sharply and balances the center of my face, my whole face looks slimmer and more three-dimensional. Hearing both that I look like I lost weight and that I’ve gotten prettier makes me feel good every day lately. I think it turned out naturally yet defined, just as I wanted. Everyone who sees me says it doesn’t look obvious that I had surgery, and that I look like someone who originally had a high, defined nose. Since it became naturally higher without an artificial feel, I’m really satisfied too. During my first surgery, I was seriously stressed because cartilage was protruding inside my nose. Now, 3 months later, I don’t have even 1 bit of that discomfort. Since it’s more comfortable functionally and the shape is prettier too, daily life is so much more comfortable. Especially the comfort of having the cotton removed right away the day after surgery is something I still can’t forget... lol Now the swelling has almost all gone down and it seems to have settled well, so I’m satisfied. If there are people like me who are stressed after their first surgery because of a flat-looking nose or cartilage problems, I really want to recommend Director Dr. Kim Jae-yoon. The aftercare was also meticulous, which was great. Since it’s fixed in 4 layers, I think this surgery will be my last nose surgery without worrying from now on~!
