I hope this review is helpful for those who want a natural-looking surgery without overdoing it hehe My original nose was a hump nose with a bridge that was not very low, so 10 years ago I had rhinoplasty using very thin silicone (to prevent an uneven feeling after shaving down the hump) + ear cartilage (to raise the nasal tip). But the nasal tip was pointy, and maybe because of that, my nostrils/alar area felt pinched. Since silicone was used on the nasal bridge too, it was slightly crooked, so I decided to have revision surgery. First, after experiencing silicone deviation, I wanted detailed shape changes without inserting an implant if possible (because I did not want to make the nasal bridge higher). (Rounding the nasal tip + improving the pinched alar area + reducing the thick-looking feeling of the nasal bridge) Among the clinics I had consultations at, this was the only one that said surgery was possible with no implant + ear cartilage, and since I also wanted a natural and feminine feel, I chose this clinic because I thought they would best bring out that aesthetic. During the consultation, I liked that they explained the surgical direction and process very concisely and in an easy-to-understand way. They explained the expected nose shape if done without an implant, and it was amazing because the shape seems to have come out exactly that way. Also, I know that implant-free rhinoplasty often has the side effect of a step-off on the nasal dorsum, but I felt that the director performed the surgery in a way that professionally addresses and prevents that issue!
