This was actually my third revision rhinoplasty.. I unfortunately developed contracture, so I only looked for hospitals specializing in revision rhinoplasty for contracted noses, and ended up getting revision rhinoplasty and functional nose surgery together at a clinic. Today was finally the 2-week mark after surgery, so I visited the hospital and got the splint removed I was so curious about the nose line after removing the splint. The director said there is still swelling in my nose, so the shape isn’t completely accurate yet, but I think the director shaped it well according to what I wanted haha At first glance, even to me, the nasal tip came out really nicely and defined. What do you think?? Once all the swelling goes down from here, the nose line should turn out pretty, right?? Oh, and they removed the fixed septal support inside the splint, so I can breathe well now, which feels so good!! The pain in the area where they harvested the rib cartilage is also much better than at first, and the director said my recovery is going well, so I shouldn’t worry haha Since this was my third revision rhinoplasty, I was really anxious, but after seeing it with the splint removed, some of my worries went away.
