My nasal tip was so spread out and large that I got tired and annoyed of contouring it every day, so I looked into it a lot. Then I found out there was non-incisional nasal tip cartilage suturing, so I applied and had a consultation, but they recommended the incisional method, so I went ahead with the incisional procedure. Since my overall impression completely changed after surgery, I was very satisfied. I had my septum slightly raised, the hump shaved down, and the nasal tip sutured for 2.31 million KRW. Even now, 1 year later, I’m living without any problems. In the meantime, I also got alar reduction ^^ (The post-op photo is from before the alar reduction.) The consultation was with the consultant? and the consultant recommended slightly raising the septum and shaving down the hump. But I think it was a good decision. The director also checked while sketching. They also did alar Botox as a complimentary service. I wore a mask and went to work from day 3, and maybe I’m just suited for surgery, but the swelling and bruising were fine. For cases like mine, I highly recommend nasal tip cartilage suturing.
