I was really, really, really worried about scarring, like ridiculously worried, but I am so satisfied. If you have large, flared nostrils, I really recommend it......... My nose before surgery was my winter nose, but when I had my first surgery at another clinic, they did not touch the nostrils. Friends who had not seen me in a long time did not recognize me.
