Nose Surgery Reviews

I had surgery for a bulbous, rounded nose

After worrying for a long time because of my rounded, bulbous nose, I had rhinoplasty together with nostril reduction, and I’m exactly 2 weeks post-op now. My original nose was round and spread out, so every time I took photos, my face looked bigger and felt stuffy. So while looking into rhinoplasty clinics, what I considered most important was having no side effects and not needing revision surgery, even more than the shape. I had seen a lot of stories about things like warping and inflammation, so that was what worried me the most. While going to consultations, what I noticed was that every clinic said different things, and some places spoke vaguely, like “At first, it comes out like this,” which made me anxious. On the other hand, what stayed with me at Wooin Plastic Surgery was that they said the first surgery should be the last surgery. They also said they only perform surgery twice a day, so I got the feeling that they focus on each patient individually, and the consultation manager explained everything very thoroughly, so I trusted them. It’s still only week 2, so most of the facial swelling has gone down, but I think there is still slight swelling at the nasal tip. Still, compared with before surgery, I can definitely feel the change, and every time I look in the mirror, I think, “It was worth the money.” The rounded and bulbous look has been cleaned up a lot, so my overall impression looks much neater. The reactions around me are interesting too. People who already knew me do notice, but rather than saying “it looks obvious,” they more often say things like “your features look more alive” and “it suits your face well.” That is the part I’m most satisfied with. I like it even more because it feels naturally refined, not overly changed. It’s not complete yet and more time will have to pass, but I’m quite satisfied with the progress so far. If you are considering rhinoplasty because of a rounded or bulbous nose, I hope you also make sure to consider side effects and the possibility of revision surgery when choosing a rhinoplasty clinic. Since I can feel this much change even at week 2, like me, I’m looking forward to what comes next even more.
