I’m debating whether contour shaving or osteotomy would be better, and the director ㅇㅍㅈ at ㅇㄹ that I went to said he absolutely doesn’t do contour shaving, and that you have to go with sandwich osteotomy to avoid touching the nerves, so he strongly advised against contour shaving... But honestly, I had originally thought contour shaving might be safer than osteotomy and cause less sagging, you know, because osteotomy involves removing bone and then reattaching it... I guess it’s right to listen to Director ㅇㅍㅈ, right??
