If there’s no inflammation, is it okay not to remove the capsule..? I’m asking because I’m worried it might become bumpy if it’s removed, but if it isn’t removed, is there no chance of inflammation or contracture happening..? I heard that this place doesn’t put cotton packing in the nose, but is it true they still don’t put it in even with an open approach..?
