I’m looking for people who have had these symptoms.

I’d like some help regarding redness over the silicone part of my nose (whether anyone has had a case like mine). It’s been about 1 year since my nose surgery, and I had silicone inserted at the starting point of the nasal bridge. I had no side effects for a year, but about 3 weeks ago, the area where the silicone was inserted felt a bit soft and squishy. It wasn’t water, but when I touched it, it felt like some kind of fluid had collected, so I went to the clinic. The director couldn’t identify exactly what it was either, and told me to watch it for now, so I monitored it while taking anti-inflammatory medication. (Since there was no fever and no pain, we judged that it wasn’t acute inflammation.) After about 2 weeks like that, the soft, squishy area gradually decreased, and the skin color also turned yellowish and greenish, like a bruise. So because it looked the same as the color of blood breaking down, I thought that serous fluid had formed in that area for some reason and that it was in the process of being absorbed. The director recommended taping, so I went ahead with taping for now, and while going about daily life, yesterday, around the 3-week mark, I removed the tape and it had become red like in the photo. Even now, there is no heat or pain, and I also don’t have the three signs of necrosis: thinning of the skin, low temperature, or loss of sensation. I want to get related information, but there’s so little information, so if anyone has experienced something like me, could you please share some information? I feel like it’s being absorbed, and when I touch it, it actually has been absorbed compared to the beginning, but I’m anxious because of the skin color, so I’m leaving this post.
