I thought about it for about a month, had the surgery, and now it's day 22~!! The first week was hell, but time is passing so fast.. To celebrate day 22 today, I really wanted to smoke, so I took three puffs of an e-cigarette.. It should be okay, right? On day 22, will the nasal tip swelling go down more?? Honestly, from the front it still seems puffy, my nose It looks like a bulbous nose, so I can't really tell whether I had surgery or not. I like the side view~~!!
