I was going to get rhinoplasty, but I had a consultation for my eyes too, and it has been 2 months since I had revision eye surgery and rhinoplasty together. If you look at my nose before surgery, you can tell, but it was a nose I truly did not like even 1 bit. It was crooked, had a hump, was a bulbous nose, the nostrils were really big, and the nose was upturned ㅜㅜ During the consultation, I liked that they did not say I absolutely had to pay extra and use ear cartilage or costal cartilage. They said they would try to do as much as possible with septal cartilage, and if it was a bit lacking or insufficient, they would use ear cartilage or donated costal cartilage. To tell you the conclusion, for me, only septal cartilage…
