It has been about 6 months since I had surgery in July with Dr. Kim Sun-gu at Cocoline Clinic, and now there is almost no swelling, and my overall nasal line feels like it has settled very naturally. My previously wide nasal dorsum became much slimmer through osteotomy, and my droopy-looking nasal alae were corrected as well, so my impression looks much more defined. Since I already had some bridge height and wanted a natural look, I had the surgery without an implant. After smoothing out the dorsal hump, septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip to add height, and correction of my bulbous nose plus improvement of my short columella were done together! Even at first, it hardly looked excessive, but as time passed, it gradually became a nose that suits my face, so overall I am highly satisfied.
