I had a complex about my nose ever since I was young. Whenever I took photos or faced people, I kept being conscious of my nose, so I had been thinking about rhinoplasty for a long time Since it’s not a surgery you can decide on easily, I think I just kept worrying about it for a long time.
Then I had a consultation at AB Plastic Surgery, and after hearing the director’s explanation, I developed trust and decided to go ahead with the surgery. They explained realistically what areas would be good to improve based on the condition of my nose, so I felt I could trust them and leave it in their hands.
After surgery, I felt the swelling was not as much as I expected. Even around day 7, the pain and swelling didn’t feel that significant, to the point where I wondered, am I just naturally suited to surgery? I was able to return to daily life relatively quickly, and the overall recovery process was fairly smooth.
After the second week passed, I gradually started getting used to my changed nose, and I could feel the nose line becoming softer and more refined. I liked it even more because my impression changed without looking excessive.
Now that it has been one month, the major swelling feels almost completely settled, and I don’t have any discomfort in daily life. However, since I’m still in the recovery stage, I’m being careful not to blow my nose hard and trying my best not to overdo anything.
I’ll only know the exact final line once more swelling goes down, but the before-and-after difference is clear, so I’m already quite satisfied even at the one-month mark. Next time, I’ll try to leave another review at the 2-month mark about how the changes are progressing!
