Nose Surgery Reviews

I got the splint removed after revision rhinoplasty. It looks successful, right?? hehe

It has been 2 weeks since I had revision rhinoplasty at ItsBe, so I went to the clinic and got the splint completely removed. Even when I had the stitches cleaned up at 1 week, I had a feeling it would turn out well, but when I actually had the splint removed today and looked in the mirror, I was genuinely moved. What had stressed me out the most all this time was my crooked nose, asymmetrical nostrils, and the feeling that my nasal tip looked abruptly cut off. Because my columella was curled inward and deviated, the tip of my nose was severely asymmetrical, but now there is no cut-off or curled-in look at all, and especially from the side, the improvement is even more visible. hehe Honestly, I was worried my nose might suddenly look longer, so even right before going into surgery, I asked the director to correct it in a subtle, natural way without making it obvious, and I’m already so satisfied because he made it just the way I wanted. The columella came down really beautifully. How should I put it... Should I say the shape and volume of the nasal tip were naturally defined well? He carefully corrected the area that looked sunken, so now the nasal tip no longer looks cut off and feels smoothly connected. And I really hoped the nostril asymmetry and crooked nose would be properly improved, so as soon as the splint was removed, I checked in the mirror right away, and I was surprised because the part that had been deviated to one side was straightened and the nostrils were well balanced. The bridge height between my eyes was also lowered to exactly the height I wanted, without being too high, and the line falls naturally, so my overall impression looks softer, which I like. hehe Until last week, the area where the costal cartilage was harvested hurt, but from this week, the pain I feel when getting up or moving has definitely decreased a lot, and walking has become much more comfortable. The swelling also feels like it has gone down a lot more, and since I got the splint removed today, I think it may go down even faster now. Starting today, I can wash around my nose freely too, so it feels kind of exciting. hehe Every time I go to the clinic, the director checks my condition carefully and treats me kindly, so I come back feeling good. I think I made a really good choice having it done at ItsBe. The aftercare is well organized too, and all the staff members are kind. There is still some residual swelling, but I already like it this much, so I’m really looking forward to how much prettier it will get once all the swelling goes down. hehe
