Review of implant-free rhinoplasty for a bulbous nose

I had rhinitis and a deviated septum, so I wanted to have functional + cosmetic rhinoplasty together, and I had it done at Hanabi Clinic. Maybe because I often went in for oxygen therapy and laser treatment while resting, the bruising went away quickly and I think I recovered early. To reduce the risk of side effects later, I proceeded without an implant. I asked them to make both nostrils as even as possible because they were asymmetrical, and I think they look much better. Septal cartilage + ear cartilage were used. I brought photos of a straight-to-slightly-curved line. It did not hurt much, and aside from having my nose packed for the first few days, which made it hard to breathe, there were no major issues with recovery. I hope the nasal tip stops dropping now. I hope it stops here and stays maintained like this!😊 The functional issues were also resolved well, so breathing is comfortable.
