I’m writing a review of non-implant rhinoplasty for a hump nose and drooping nose tip!

I originally had a hump nose, and my nose looked long overall with the tip slightly drooping, so I was conscious of it every time I took photos. I wanted a nose that looked as natural as possible and felt like my original nose, rather than the glamorous nose that is trendy these days, but I thought that might actually be harder, so I worried about it a lot. I had a consultation with Director Yoo Ki-hyun at the clinic, and I liked that he explained everything from the beginning according to my facial proportions and overall vibe! Rather than just raising the nose or removing the hump completely, he went through each point I disliked and the look I wanted, so I trusted him. The consultant also organized everything with me, and overall I felt that the consultation was very thorough (I had been to consultations at many clinics, but they were really kind and meticulous..) I had non-implant rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage, and no silicone was used! For the nasal bridge, they did not remove the hump completely but preserved it while refining it so it would not look excessive, and the nasal tip was lifted only with autologous costal cartilage, so it does not look artificial at all. As I wanted, it came out as a natural straight-with-a-slight-curve line without too many curves, and my whole face looks much softer 🥹 I was highly satisfied overall, from the consultation to the surgery and postoperative care. Director Yoo Ki-hyun and the consultant were both really kind, and I’m even more satisfied because the result came out exactly as we discussed during the consultation. Even after surgery, I had so many questions that I contacted them really often, but they answered kindly every time, so I was able to recover without feeling anxious (I asked so many questions it was probably annoying..) It’s a clinic I’d recommend to people who want a natural-looking nose or a naturally refined nose!!
