I had my second nose surgery. I had nose surgery the first time, but I was slightly unhappy with the shape.. Fortunately, I didn’t have any side effects, but you can’t live your whole life with a nose you’re unhappy with, right?? So I got revision surgery, and it suits me better and I like it too, so I think getting revision rhinoplasty was definitely the right choice^^ My eyes are on the more glamorous side, so I made my nose glamorous too, and the combination matches so well. I was debating between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, and after consulting with the director, I went with donated costal cartilage. Maybe because it was done with rib cartilage, the high, defined, and glamorous look seems to stand out better. As long as no functional side effects appear, I don’t think I’ll have any more revision surgeries. I’m extremely satisfied with the shape!
