I had my first nose surgery in 2022, and I’m now approaching my 4th year. To say the conclusion first, I’ve been living without any side effects so far, to the point that I forget I even had surgery.
The director tends to recommend only the surgeries that are truly necessary, without overtreatment. At the time, I had gone in for a nose consultation, and he also recommended chin implant insertion for a retruded chin and non-incisional ptosis correction. Back then I just thought, okay, and moved on, but in the end, I recently had double eyelid surgery and am now looking into retruded chin surgery, so I feel the director has a sharp eye.
Even to me at the time, my bulbous nose and asymmetry were severe, and he said there wouldn’t be a dramatic change, so honestly I didn’t expect much from the surgical result. Maybe because I didn’t have high expectations to begin with, I’m quite satisfied with the result. The director’s surgery style seems to have a fairly firm style he personally pursues, and he seems to operate as naturally as possible. I saw other reviews saying some people had it done with a closed approach, but I had an open approach using septal cartilage plus osteotomy for a hump nose.
The staff weren’t that unfriendly, but I also didn’t get the feeling that they were particularly friendly.
