When viewed from the front, I was stressed because my nasal tip looked blunt, but after the revision, it feels really clean? It feels slimmer now. I like the side profile too. I had it done with autologous costal cartilage, and I’ve been going about my daily life well without any particular health changes. As for the scar, I went into it expecting there would be one from the start. I had thought about trying scar laser treatment or something like that, but unless your skin type is really bad, I feel like there’s no real need? It ended up lighter than I expected, so it’s okay. I managed it by using what the hospital gave me and buying ointment from the pharmacy to apply. After my first surgery, I felt like my nose didn’t show any sign of having had work done at all, so that’s why I decided on revision rhinoplasty. If I’d known this kind of change was possible, I think I worried for too long for nothing It’s also been a few months since I finished the second round of fat grafting, and it seems to have survived well. I remember debating whether to fill it with filler, but fat grafting gives a much more natural sense of volume, so I think it was a good choice.
