The people at the front desk were just so-so, rather bland. But the director and the consultation manager were really nice. Director consultation > manager consultation in order. During the director consultation, they compared a wide variety of cases and seemed very confident about the surgery. I had gone there looking into non-open autologous cartilage, and they showed me all kinds of cases, both flashy and natural, and the atmosphere made it easy to ask questions freely. Kind people. The manager consultation was strictly about pricing
