I booked a consultation because it was a place I saw a lot when I was looking into eye surgery. While waiting for the doctor’s consultation, they said the doctor still hadn’t come out of the operating room, so I waited in the doctor’s office for nearly 20 minutes. I liked that they said they would minimize the scar from the upper epicanthoplasty and not make it excessive, but when checking the double-eyelid line, they just roughly poked at my eye with something like a metal rod that already had a set shape. My eyelids are thick, so the line is hard to make, but at the previous clinic they kept drawing it diligently until it showed, so I lost interest here. The consultation manager explained things in great detail and did a really good job, but they said reviews were required 5 times, so I didn’t go.
