They explain things while looking at the CT scan images, and if you ask questions, they do answer everything. He only kept saying that I needed alar base reduction, so when I asked, only then did he tell me it would be an internal and external incision. Oh, and during the consultation, he really emphasized that implant-free surgery is the most difficult type of surgery..
This was the first place where I heard that my septal cartilage is on the slightly small side. But they said that can only be known for sure after opening it up, and if it turns out there isn’t enough with just the septal cartilage, then donated costal cartilage would have to be used. (Additional cost if donated costal cartilage is used) Apart from him being a bit curt, I think the director is honest and conscientious.
