After reading the reviews posted here, I understand why people rated it that way. The consultation style is completely open—ask anything you are curious about! Rather than being proactive, the consultant seemed passive. In other words, I felt that the more proactively you researched and asked questions, the more you would get from the consultation.
When I asked about possible side effects, they honestly said, “They could happen.” However, they did not explain how predictable they were, what side effects might arise from my eye structure, or which cases among the various examples would best apply to my eyes. As someone new to a first surgery, I found that somewhat confusing.
Still, I felt they presented suitable procedures for my eye anatomy without exaggeration.
I think it would also be fine to meet them after visiting a few other places, rather than making this the first consultation.
