I had my first surgery at age 20 with silicone + septal cartilage. At the time, the doctor really pursued a very natural look, so now I think it turned out so natural that no one would know unless I told them! I wasn’t very good at taking care of my nose either, but after 2 years, the nasal tip started feeling itchy and like it was drooping. Still, I lived pretty satisfied with it, but after about 8 years, my nose gradually became shorter and my nostrils became way too visible, so now I’m considering revision surgery..! The clinic is gone now, but the director was someone who really placed importance on the side profile, so I like the line. But as the nasal tip drooped, my nose became straight like an Avatar nose I think I really need to research revision surgery carefully.
