I had revision rhinoplasty at the same hospital 2 more times,.but my columella is still crooked

This was my second surgery, and I had developed contracture. My septal cartilage had been used as material during the first surgery, so there was almost none left. If I had known, I absolutely would not have let them use it, but back then I didn’t know anything.. That was my mistake The anterior nasal spine (the bottom bone that supports the columella) was asymmetric. The columella was crooked too. For the second surgery, they used costal cartilage, and used it as the material to build the columellar strut. Ear cartilage was placed in the nasal tip area. After surgery, my nose was so crooked that I asked the hospital, and they said that because the nose was raised, the previously crooked columella looked more prominent, and that the only way to correct the asymmetry would be to lower the nose. They said shaving down the upper part of the columella a bit would improve how crooked it looked, so I had two more surgeries. Both were surgeries only to shave the upper part of the columella. The columellar strut became weaker, and it is gradually collapsing more and more. When I look at the photos I took before, I can see it gradually collapsing. Now that I think about it, the problem is that the columella is crooked, so what is the point of only shaving the upper part of the columella? I searched a bit, and it said that in my situation, the anterior nasal spine should be cut and cartilage should be added to reinforce and flatten it, and then the columellar area should be supported like setting up a tent by reinforcing both sides of the columella with costal cartilage. But this is something I had discussed during consultations while having two surgeries at this hospital. They said they don’t use that method because reinforcing both sides of the columella would make the nostrils smaller, and when I asked if they could just make the anterior nasal spine flat, they said I would need double jaw surgery, so I hadn’t been considering this method. In the end, the actual problem wasn’t improved, and only the wrong areas were operated on. That’s why this is my condition after the third surgery now Whenever I look in the mirror, I get so stressed and feel like I’m going to develop a mental illness. Honestly, I want compensation for damages and a refund of the surgery fees. Would that be possible?? And I’m thinking of looking for another hospital again. Could you also let me know which hospitals are blacklisted? I think it would help me a lot while researching hospitals.
