And while doing the square jaw procedure, because it is an incision behind the ear and tissue removal, they said that if they pull things tight it would also create a lifting effect... well, personally I did not trust it. It is not being done while looking with ultrasound or anything, and one downside of an incision behind the ear is that the surgical area is hard to see
