A problem case after long-curve square jaw surgery through a behind-the-ear incision + lower-face lifting

6 months ago, I wrote a post because I had side effects after receiving long-curve square jaw surgery through a behind-the-ear incision and lower-face lifting. At that time, I only mentioned the problems caused by the lower-face lifting.. but after getting a CT scan in April.. I found there was also a problem with the square jaw osteotomy, so I wrote an additional post as well. (I'll leave the link below.) And resolving the problems caused by the lower-face lifting became the trigger for me to proceed with a facelift.. and it was carried out as a revision surgery. Not only the lifting, but the scars behind the ears also had many problems.. that area was full of scar tissue and had issues to the point of protruding. It must have been a problem with dissection and suturing, right? Even with the revision surgery, this part was corrected as much as possible, but there were limits. Still, the weeping area in the front was resolved well through an incision. Maybe because the suturing was also done very precisely, even on day 1 the progress is very good. As for the part that ended up looking as if the bone had been broken due to the botched square jaw surgery, I have decided to just live with it. I was shocked after taking CT images in April. I thought the osteotomy had been done properly with a long-curve technique... but it had been done completely poorly. The bone was crooked.. and I could clearly understand why they said the preoperative CT images had disappeared.. lol And also why they didn't properly take postoperative photos. They kept telling me to lift my head while taking photos.. I couldn't even see the photos properly, and there was this kind of problem.
