He said that if I wanted to shape a revision nose job nicely, I should use autologous costal cartilage and silicone, and that it would take about 5 hours. Anyway, people who came to the hospital had noses that were so, so pretty that I kept wavering, but during the consultation the doctor looked so tired, and the tone and content did not seem to have that much of an advantage... that also bothered me
